We conduct scientific research involving the identification and quantification of microorganisms. The research is based on microbiological techniques, microscopy and PCR and qPCR techniques. The research includes the determination of the interaction of microorganisms in the system with the cultivated plant. The research ranges from the testing of already known strains in new systems and crop recommendations to the identification of new bacterial strains.
Determining the biodiversity of micro-organisms and their species composition is the basis for all kinds of microbiological analyses. The interaction between bacteria and fungi can alter the functioning of plants, animals, humans and other microorganisms including pathogenic ones.
