PoliChron
PoliChron is a microbiological preparation containing selected bacteria Paenibacillus spp.which are derived from the natural soil environment and have a positive effect on crops.
Life
Research at the LABcenter focuses on the determination of microorganisms and their pathogenic or probiotic potential in living organisms. Using molecular biology techniques, we identify microorganisms and determine their abundance. We mainly use PCR-based methods to carry out these analyses.
We study the effects of various active substances and substances of plant origin on the viability of pathogenic micro-organisms. Biochemical techniques make it possible to isolate active substances and determine their efficacy.
The combination of biological research, biotechnology, biomedicine or genomics allows for the development of scientific fields in Life Science. The usefulness of the techniques allows for a broad approach to the aspects under study in the area of Life.

About the LabCenter
We carry out research and development and service activities. We implement the results of research into the production of agro-technical measures. We have established cooperation with several of the country's leading research units and production and commercial entities in the Agro sector, among others.
